LEVA CLASS® Technology

Exclusive to La San Marco, the LEVA CLASS® system features a servo-assisted braking device activated during lever return, reducing operator strain and improving safety. This technology slows the lever return in all conditions and simplifies the “purge” group wash, minimising effort and eliminating operational risks. It represents the first patented innovation for lever machines, ensuring safe and precise mechanical espresso extraction while fully complying with international safety standards.
