La San Marco - Premium Coffee Doser

The new premium coffee grinders in the Instant version are defined by their modern design, inspired by the La D. model, combining refined aesthetics with practical performance.

They feature a “zero-retention” design, with burrs mounted on the side opposite the cutting surface, along with a stepless micrometric adjustment ring that allows precise grind size control—even during operation. An integrated anti-clump system ensures smoother dispensing and improved dosing accuracy.

The grinding chamber is equipped with forced ventilation for effective cooling, helping to maintain consistent performance over time. Users can choose between a transparent or smoked hopper, while a graphic monochrome display provides clear and straightforward access to essential settings and information.
