ESPRESSO AL MASCARPONE
Ingredients: 1 espresso, 15 ml chcolate sauce, 15 ml mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, cocoa powder
Preparation
Put in a cup some ladyfingers or sponge cake soaked in water and sugar, add 25 ml of espresso with 15 ml of chocolate sauce and cover with 15 ml of mascarpone cheese. Garnish with whipped cream and decorate with unsweetened cocoa powder.
