CIOCCOLATA GOLOSA

Ingredients: 25 g cocoa powder, dark Hot Chock, 100 g hot water, chocolate waffles

Preparation

Mix 25 g of cocoa powder with 100 g of hot water and bring to a boil. Stir the chocolate for at least 30 seconds so to reach the creaminess. Garnish with chocolate tabs.

Description of chocolate tabs: melt the white/ dark chocolate and place them into silicone/ paper cups. Decorate the chocolate on the surface with red fruits coconut rapè or dried fruit.(almonds, coconut rapè, cranberries).
